Hi, this is Bernadette Boas with Shedding the Bitch, and today's Rich Tip is all about finding your why spot. Yes, that's what I said, your why spot. Not your G-spot, that's for another program, but your why spot, the W-H-Y of your goal and dream. But first, let's back up. Define your goal and your dream. What is it you're trying to accomplish? Doesn't have to be life goal or dream, it could be just something right now or in the short term that you want to accomplish. Then determine why is it so important for you to achieve or attain that goal or that objective or dream, and why are you willing to sacrifice and compromise and work hard in order to accomplish that goal, and why will it impact me or benefit me if I do. If you can find the sweet spot, if you can find that why spot, it'll give you the energy and the focus and the motivation to do whatever it takes for you to accomplish it. So if you've ever questioned why you haven't accomplished a goal or dream that you've had for yourself, you might want to consider that you haven't found your why spot, and you might want to go looking for it. So lay out your goal and dream, determine your why spot, and then go for it. So for today's Rich Tip on finding your why spot, this is Bernadette Boas with Shedding the Bitch.
