The idea is that you provide a space for people to share what they want to share about themselves. You can start with some very specific questions like, what are your communication preferences? How do you prefer to be recognized? Some people want to be recognized very publicly. Some people are just like, no, no, no, just send me a private email or give me a raise or whatever. Um, what are some things that people might not know about you right away or might misunderstand about you from the way you show up? What are some things you would love people to know? What are some things that motivate you? How do you spend your time outside of work? Do you have any dietary restrictions or preferences? You know, a lot of people celebrate their teams by taking them out to lunch, but don't even think that some of the people there might not be able to eat, eat what they're, you know, what they're being taken to.
