Welcome to the Shedding the Bitch community and Shedding the Bitch TV. I was recently asked, where did Shedding the Bitch come from? And I basically said that I went through a period of transformation where I was shedding all the angst and the attitude and the negativity and the fear and the intimidation that I was feeling, um, and that was causing me to really lash out on the world.. And all of a sudden I realized, wow, that's what turned me into a bitch. Bitch isn't about a person. It's about the emotions, the feelings, the thoughts, the beliefs you have of yourself that cause you to lash out in whatever aspect of your work or life that really might be tripping you up. So that's where Shedding the Bitch came from. And Shedding the Bitch TV is really meant to give you the tips, the tools, and the strategies, along with a mindset that will allow you to really shed all those fears and limiting beliefs and create the riches in life that you deserve. So I'm Bernadette Boas, and I am the founder, CEO, and principal coach at Ball of Fire Coaching.
