Hi, this is Bernadette Boas with Shedding the Bitch Radio. Today I'm asking Katherine Carrigan, 5-time author, 4-time bestseller, about her newest book all around social media. So listen up, it's gonna be good. So what are the books coming out and when can we, or where should we be going to look for them?
Amazon. So my new book, which should be out literally either today or tomorrow, is called called Get Ready to Win the Game of Social Media.
Get ready to win the game with social media. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
So too many of us just take everything so seriously. And if you think about it, like if you and I are going to play a card game, well, sometimes you win, sometimes I win. But if you play the game, you're going to get better at it.
Right.
If you don't play the game, you're not going to get better at it. Yeah, true. So you're going to— look at social media like a game. And when you look at it like a game, sometimes you get followers, sometimes you lose followers. Sometimes people respond to what you have to say, sometimes they don't.
Right.
But the more that you look at it like a game and look at it just like, now I'm going to another level, now I've got another 10,000 Twitter followers, now, you know, and so on. You're going to take this game attitude. So, Get Ready to Win the Game of Social Media is for people who are wanting to wrap their head around how does this work, what is the mindset that's going to actually succeed. So, as you know, Bernadette, because you talk about it in Shedding the Bitch, being successful is a mindset.
Absolutely.
Absolutely. When you get that mindset correct, when you get your head wrapped around properly about being successful, you can be successful at anything.
You just have to believe that you will and that you can.
Yeah, so you can take that mindset into literally any operation and succeed.
