Women In Business Program 2020

Hi, all. Beth Ridley here. And I want to share a really exciting event that's coming up on Wednesday, August 19th at 12:30. I have the honor of being able to facilitate a conversation with four phenomenal women leaders as part of the Women in Business panel discussion that's going to be part of the Biz Expo, the virtual event hosted by Biz Times Media. And the whole theme of this panel discussion is courageously leading in 2020. So the women that are going to be participating are Gina Stilt, Julie Granger, Denise Thomas, and Nadia Johnson. So four phenomenal women in very different industries. So we've got business, tech, startup, entrepreneurship, and the nonprofit sector. And so basically we're going to have a conversation to have them reflect and share their personal advice and strategies all around courage and and other competencies that are needed to lead in these very unprecedented times. So some of the questions I'm super excited to talk to them about is I want to ask them, you know, tell me about a time when you made a really courageous decision in your career that was pivotal. I also want to ask them and explore how are women and people of color uniquely positioned to lead through change and ambiguity. And then I also want to really just get their own strategies for how do they build courage and resilience and boost their positivity, you know, during these really challenging times. So it's going to be a great conversation. I can't wait to learn from them. I hope you will join us for this phenomenal virtual event by using the link below to register. I hope to see you there.
