Everything that i thought was as regards to being a man was completely wrong drinking drugs women partying sneaking out all the dumb stuff that any kid that's not guided would do so what was.
Life like without dreams and aspirations survival.
The emotion was fear and i was like i'm gonna change my life that's it i don't i i don't want this anymore and that was a launching pad for me we are going to win right now let's go right now amen to that yes amen amen let's go yes yes.
Some men grow up learning to survive not to feel christian experience life on the streets with anger at jail and then god interrupted his story if you love a man who carries heavy things alone or if you are that man listen in this conversation is about healing the battles no one sees christian machado is a man of faith a life and boxing coach and a man who rebuilds his life on the streets to a life of sacrifice service and purpose let's welcome the one and only cristian machado.
Thank you that was a great introduction welcome welcome welcome.
Thank you for having me so christian i have known of you for twenty two years which is how long i've been with my husband yes because he would always talk about you i wouldn't see you because there was a a time where you and him didn't like spend as much time together and that was the time that i came in but he would always talk about you you were like his first real friend his true partner in crime he would tell me about the times where you would ride bike all through miami those times i can't imagine my kids going out on the bike on their own.
No cell phones nothing no cell phones.
Nothing like that can you imagine the good old days the good old days the good old days and i just like i knew you through him and i loved you but i had never had the pleasure to meet you until recently so before we before we talk about how we reconnected and everything why don't you tell us a little bit about you your story everything that you went through as a child like what happened that actually even separated you from my husband in some way right like your relationship back in the day when you were little what a great tell me about your life yeah yeah yeah.
That'S so awesome that's a great way to transition into this because the way that me and a lion have come full circle it's it's a great part of the story and the journey so me and align your husband we we went to school together from i think it was like first grade or second grade by the way i'm his oldest friend okay nobody could take that spot i am legit his oldest friend so we were at school together and then we both moved to onto saint kevin catholic school and then he went over there at the same time that i did and i was like oh my god you're here too and that's it best buds every single day me and align were up and down every single day his roberto his dad would take me to school take me back home grew up in his house grew up in mine and we both just loved basketball that transitioned to basketball basketball every day basketball after school basketball basketball basketball and this is like michael jordan times you know so it's like the good old times the good old times carl balone david robinson you name it so we grew up just playing ball all the time my best bud my brother you know the way the story kind of shifts a bit you know this is you know a long time of me and him you know up and down like you said riding bike but by the time i was like fifteen years old i was already becoming a very rebellious kid you know and unfortunately you know i started it's so simple to say so easy to say you know i was hanging around with the wrong crowd and whatnot but i was you know i really was and i was out on the street so to speak and creating ruckus and problems and just not being a man you know but unfortunately i didn't know what that was you know i didn't know what.
Being a man was did you have any men in your life they were.
Around you know but unfortunately i didn't have the guidance my father wasn't really there you know my stepdad was there but not really my brother passed away i had another brother that really wasn't present so i had a father what.
About before your brother passed away in.
Regards to like my relationship with him we were tight you know he was like he was my best friend really he was older yes my brother was born in nineteen sixty one i was born in seventy seven so you know it's a big gap he's a half brother of mine but god bless him you know he had he went out of his way to find me you know when i was really young my dad and my mom had separated and he went out of his way to find me and we were just two peas in a pod you know was.
He a good influence a good role.
Model for you he was yes and no you know when i first started like going over to his house he was married you know he didn't have any kids at the time but he played softball you know he was always active and sports minded i would always love taking like his t shirts that had like his numbers and his name in the back you know it was like some real hero stuff you know unfortunately you know once he got a divorce and you know things kind of went south for him he wasn't the best example you know i could leave it at that and unfortunately he passed away and you know when he died it was a very hard time for me because you know you have somebody that yeah you know you think like you're going to spend the rest of your life with this person you know you have so many goals and dreams and then all of a sudden it's stripped from you and then you're like what the heck do i do now you know so that was a big impactful moment but to answer your question yeah i had a lot of somewhat of father figures but nobody really guided me nobody really saying hey this is what you should do this is not what you shouldn't do you know it was more like miami wild style so.
To speak so what did miami wild style look like for me.
Your typical drinking drugs alcohol women partying sneaking out all the dumb stuff that you any kid that's not guided would do for me i that's all i really had you know what i mean were these guys and girls you know and it's funny because those those misfits were just like me so you you kind of surround yourself with people like that because you relate to each other you know you come from like broken homes you know you struggle for for certain things and you've lacked guidance so that when you link up with each other you kind of form like a crew you know and you roll with each other.
You have a sense of belonging you.
Do you do for me unfortunately i i did like it i did like the life you know i loved and it's a little bit embarrassing to say as a grown man now you know but i'll be upfront and honest you know i love the respect part about it you know like i had a i had a a presence you know what i mean i wasn't just a nobody anymore i was like hey you know you got to respect me and if not there's going to be consequences and it's a it's a really embarrassing way to put it and share it now but that's how it was for me and that only led me to more problems you know what kinds of problems you know it's not something i'm proud of is sharing but i know that this me by me sharing right now can help other people and could help other men you know because i i want to be able to be transparent and it's okay to be vulnerable in a moment like this because if anybody out there can see my life and say man if that guy went through it and he did it and look where he's at now so can i you know and that's a big reason why i'm i'm here and i'm going to continue to share my message and my story and i'm not afraid you know because ultimately when i i find a lot of peace in that i know that a hundred years from now nobody's going to care anyways you know what i mean i'll be i'll be gone but at least right now we can help people right now you know i was stabbed a couple times i've been shot at you know i've seen a lot of things that you know no person should really see and i was lucky you know i was lucky i was lucky to survive and i was lucky to to move on you know and you would think that those things would be enough you know what i mean to say hey wake up you know what i mean like you're you're you're gambling with your life you know but it didn't it only it only fueled the fire to be honest with you it made me feel like oh and plus you know at that time you don't really care much either you know you don't care much about consequences and things like that you know you when you're lost you don't really have anything to live for so.
To speak so there was no vision there was no like goals and dreams.
No at that time no so what.
Was life like without dreams and aspirations.
Survival survival just survive and what emotions.
Were present during that time of your life what were you familiar with this.
Is one thing that a lot of people would find hard to understand unless you live the life to answer your question the emotion was fearful that's the real emotion pardon my language but as much of a badass that anybody thinks that they are or they want to be you can be that person you can be the toughest guy on the block but what people don't understand is that when you have enemies right and you have problems out there in the real world in the streets you have to go home with these things you know you have to go home with those with those beefs you have to go home with those problems so it's not like a movie that just you turn it off you know it's not like somebody else that sees me or knows of me and then you just turn it off no i lived it so i had to go home with it and go to bed with it and wake up with it brush my teeth with it and not knowing that tomorrow could be my last day you know and that was just a reality that you had to live with kind of sucks it's pretty sad just saying it out loud right now yeah and.
There'S so many people going through it as we speak a lot what what happened what like how did you go from that to where you're at was there a turning point was there an experience i am i know you've experienced jail yes what was that about and just let us into your mind or not your mind into the mind of that version of you that part of you okay that chosen that life yeah.
It'S funny that you say that and it's okay because even now you know you have your phone and i'll look at my phone and sometimes they'll say like like oh remember four years ago or three years ago memory right when i look at that there was a time that like i shared with you now that i was like embarrassed of looking at that person i look at those memories now and i don't recognize that person at all like there's no real there's no feeling behind it it's really strange i don't i don't i don't associate with that person i don't have a feeling towards that person i'm just not that person anymore again in regards to like jail and and those tough times yeah i got locked up fighting of course right you know unfortunately i went too far you know and you know i got charged and i did my time it wasn't a lot of time but i did my time and again you would think hey it's time to wake up but it but i will tell you one thing jail does work jail does jill does work because when i got out i like i'm not going back anymore i always laugh because i remember watching like the show cops right and cops there's always like the guy that's like he gets pulled over for like a speeding ticket and then he gets off the car just starts running like a full speed and it's like it's just like some speedy ticket hey might have like a little warrant for his arrest but not once you got to jail you understand it's like i'm not going back for nothing i don't care if it's a day or thirty days or one hundred eighty days i'm not going back so unless you've been there you understand it jail sucks but it definitely works you know hard time i got in trouble in jail i got in trouble so they sent me pretty much into this unit that i didn't see sunlight for five months at all yeah yeah what was that like horrible horrible again just more more of the same just more.
What was going through your mind what were you feeling during that time i.
Gotta survive i gotta survive for what because one wrong move cost you your.
Life but why survive if there was no aspiration no hope no goal like goal like like why did you want.
To survive even through these negative things that i'm sharing with you i've always stopped and smelled the roses because since i didn't experience a lot of like joyous things all the time whenever i did find something that i i liked or i appreciated i love those things you know what i mean whether it was like you know like playing basketball or going to the marlins game or going to the heat game or watching wrestling or watching you know bruce lee or participating in something that i enjoyed i looked forward to those things even like drawing and reading books like a lot of people don't know that but i'm a huge bookworm you know like big time like i like short circuit like johnny five more input that's me i need more input all the time so yeah so to answer your question like why did i want to survive what did i have to look forward to was those moments you know there was there was some good moments you know a lot of the bad choices and the dark things that happened to me were my choice you know that's how you have to look at it as a man now you made those decisions you got to own it and you got to move on that's what.
I did looking back do you think the indwelling god knew that there was purpose for your life yes and that was hope that maybe you couldn't name but that was there is that what is that part of those holy moments that you're describing like did you already know did you always know or did that the spirit within know that you.
Mattered even yes i got lucky a lot of times i call it luck but i got saved a lot of times i mean there's a lot of moments that i shouldn't i should not be here you know there's a lot of things that have happened that you know i think back now and i'm like wow it's amazing that i'm even here or that i wasn't in prison forget jail imprisoned for a long time you know i always did feel that something was guiding me i never knew what it really was or i knew of the bible i knew of christ i went to catholic school you know some stories of the bible like the story of samson who was my favorite growing up a lot of things his strength you know his strength was amazing it was just something it was such a beautiful story right his strength was something that caught me as a young kid as a young boy i just love that story and even till the end you know just one more time give it to me one more time you know and it was granted and he did so i love that i will share something with you that because there is an evolution to me you know in regards to these tough times for me finding martial arts is a big part of my story because i turned this like young kid that always was fighting in the streets and always you know looking for problems angry were.
You also very angry i was angry.
At what i don't know i was probably just angry that i don't know i i was i was never like a jealous kid or or man i wish that was me i you know it's very easy to think that but that wasn't me maybe i was just angry at you know i don't know that's a good question i really don't know but i was angry i was.
Pissed off and you were afraid you said yes what were you afraid of.
I was afraid of losing i was always afraid of losing i didn't like losing losing anything and anything i wasn't necessarily a sore loser i could lose a basketball game and be like hey we got to run it back that's no problem right we're gonna keep running it back until i win you know but in regards to like if you want to dive into the you know the street life you know a lot of the toughest guys that i know were afraid so i'll give you an example if there's somebody that i have a problem with and i'm about to get in a fight with them or an altercation with them i'm afraid that these are two lions you know what i mean something's gonna happen there's a saying if you're looking for blood you're gonna find it that's just the way that it is so i was always in the mentality of like just be first you know like just attack first and you just you live with that kind of fear i hope that's a good way to explain it i hope you can understand that but that's a it's a big part of of that lifestyle is fear fear for your life fear for your friends you know and the people are dying you know people are dropping it's not like it's a facade you're you're you go to a lot of funerals you know wow it's it's it's real life you know what.
So tell me about martial arts i.
Kind of matured and got out of jail right i i was always that kid that used to get like the ufc tapes from the video store and by the way me and alan used to go to corona king video shout out to corona k the owner is still out there somewhere and i would rent these the vhs tapes you know of ufc ufc one ufc two and i just was i was fascinated by these guys right i was just blown away i could not stop and back then it was no internet i was just rewinding and watching again rewind and watch it again and like little did i know that i was actually doing film study i found this school a local school as freestyle fighting academy on one hundred seventh avenue southwest and sixteenth street shout out to ffa and i walked in there it was tiny but now it's humongous but back then it was tiny really small and i walked in there and i'm like yeah i could fight i could fight man you don't know about me and i walk into this gym and they paired me up with a savage betsy i get rag dolled i get my butt handed to me from top to bottom for like an hour i'm getting my butt whooped and i'm having the time of my life which is insane it's insane i'm bleeding i'm a mess i leave and i i just remember like i cannot wait to come back i could not wait for it to be tomorrow.
And that was it what about it.
Just the discipline that taught me how to be a man that taught me how to respect how to protect people that can't protect themselves how to be confident how to be in control my emotions when you're young and you're a wild savage kid you're just acting on emotion you're just a you're just you're just a ticking time bomb and something very interesting that i just remembered i remembered when i was in jail that i looked around and i was like all of these guys are here because they cannot control their emotions i was aware of that then all of these guys that are all of us we are all here because we could not.
Control our emotions we couldn't regulate could.
Not regulate as simple as that is all of us are in here because of that and all of us are like now we're dormant and we're hungry and we're cold but the reason we got in there is because of that martial arts changed all of that for me everything everything that i thought was as regards to being a man was completely wrong completely wrong and that was a launching pad for me huge i mean it's when was that saved my life what year this was in i got out of jail then i went back i got my college degree then i on what and why business administration management why i'm not just dashing good looks.
He'S single he's single girls.
I'Ve always like i i love like i said i loved reading business made sense to me so i went to school then when i got locked up then i came out and i decided that i was gonna finish so i walked i made the walk with the cap.
And gown when was this when did you do the martial arts this was.
In two thousand two is when i walked into the gym freestyle fighting academy it was two thousand two so what is that twenty three twenty four years ago right am i close yeah twenty four years ago wow that's like a quarter of a century ago that's wild yeah and that was my journey that's it from then i was always training always trying to get my hands on dvd's i would order dvd's wait five to seven weeks for it to get to you order magazines and i was just constantly training constantly training to this.
Day sports you always connected with sports because basketball was it back in the day and then martial arts and so sports gave you like guidance almost yes of course and something to look forward to something to aspire to right like wait for the next game because they just beat you and then like you love being beaten martial arts because now you can't wait to beat them so there was a little bit of that thrill like the energy the rush of energy it was legal to fight i imagine so you could also like like you know you had a a pathway to release those emotions in a healthy adaptive way that's called sublimation in psychology you should remember from the coaching academy and and now here you are like becoming a man like learning from from those coaches those teachers that are teaching you a different way of of living life where you regulate emotions where you fight to protect and to create justice not to create problems and what happened after that like what was your career like what how did you come to the place that you are where you.
Are at today so when when you say when you mentioned the sports all of that is correct but i what i identified and what i loved the most about sports to this day is and as a young man i yearned that feeling to wanting to be the best i would look at these guys holding up these trophies and these medals and i wanted that feeling you know so the moment i had just a little bit of a taste of it that was it it's like it replaced everything it replaced any vices anything any any impure thoughts anything and now i just whatever i was doing i wanted to be the best and i'll tell you you know even in college you know i i i won many presidents list awards dean's list awards academic achievement awards and because it gave me an opportunity that i could you know speak freely and be myself it wasn't just like remember abcd it was a conversation so i excelled there and i'm like okay what else can i do and this has been a big part of my journey it's like what else can i do and from there i got a job in telemarketing the hardest thing that you could ever do is call somebody while they're having dinner cold calling and convince them and by the way this was when there was no credit cards so this was like i mail this to you you're gonna cut me a check it's gonna come back and i'm gonna get paid commission on it and i was really good at it and then i was good at it i'm like okay who who's the number one guy here i'm coming after that guy so i went after that guy then i became number one okay what.
Else can i do quick pause if today's conversation is touching your heart consider doing the work that christian did at the faith based coaching academy to change the direction of your life go to faithandgrowth dot com to learn more and book a call to begin your journey now all right let's go back to.
The episode in that time in my life it was very good and very bad at the same time because there was a gentleman by the name of mike fine who was the owner of the company and mike fine believed in me and i didn't have anything like that before in my life i never had no father figure like that that believed in me he flew me out to texas and he showed me this you know his mansion and his neighbor had a pet zebra so loaded the guy was he had a pet zebra i was like is that a zebra he's like yeah it's my neighbor's zebra like okay i want this life i want a zebra right and i know i understand now why he did that he wanted to show me that you can have this too unfortunately we were about to open up an office he wanted to make me a manager he wanted me to move to san antonio and one day he went to a walmart bought a shotgun and he killed himself in the parking lot in the backseat and just like that he ended his life the guy didn't drink he didn't do drugs he had a two year old son but he had everything that you could that you think that you would want so then that part of my life that chapter closed what was that like it's the most devastating thing in the world like this is here's this guy i mean this guy was a jewish american he believed in me he believed in me he believed in me so much that he was like hey i'm gonna i'm gonna mold you and you're gonna run my san antonio office and i was like in my early twenties like i mean i was like okay and then he was.
Gone just like that wow so much.
Loss oh i could go on i could go on with loss after that then i went to i started selling computers and electronics i'm not ashamed to say this but i was number one there too it is what it is it is what it is you're not.
Just gushing good looks you know what.
I mean yes finally i did that then i went to norwegian cruise line knocked it out the park there too and what's crazy about that is that all this stretch i'm wearing the nice suits right i'm no longer this gang banger you know i got a nice haircut i got the nice suits i got my shoes polished i got two cars i got the house i got the girl you know i got it all but the truth is is that it was one of the most loneliest times of my life the one of the most loneliest times of my life every and everybody's your friend when you're when you're buying drinks when you got the tab when you got that thousand dollar tab everybody in the room is your friend when that money dries up where they are right where are they at i'll tell you it was lonely because you know i had lost this gentleman named mike fine and then i had lost my brother to pancreatic cancer in two thousand nine he was diagnosed in two thousand eight and in two thousand nine he was gone just like that like literally one year he was diagnosed in may of two thousand eight and two thousand nine may he was gone so i just dove into work you know even more you know and what people don't know is that and again i i want to share this because i know that there's people out there that have gone through this i know they have you know and then through the exterior you know this guy's winning he's got the whole life and i would go home my girl would go to bed and i would go into my office with a bottle of black and just drink and like listen to music and just drown in my in these in my pain and i get wake up in the morning just shave and go back to work and be like hey superstars here nobody knew you know but i was drowning and i was drowning myself in in a lot of heartache and a lot of loss that i had you know things that i didn't have growing up you know family that i didn't have really growing up betrayals that i've gone through you know all these losses and it was a really really difficult time that a lot of people didn't know everybody thinks that that was like the highlight of my of my sales career but it wasn't it was the lowest and then on top of that you you you really understand that it's lonely at the top it's lonely at the top ain't nobody there you get to you know you climb mount everest and it's just you and mount everest are you.
Still lonely today hell no i got.
The best team in the world okay i have the best team in the world man bring us to the present moment you know time goes on and i'm done kind of like the corporate world you know i was over it and i wanted to find a career you know working at home so i got my insurance license for my two hundred fifteen for health and life so i started selling health insurance and i would be able to be at home and it was cool in the beginning you know i was like i put my own hours i knock it out the park i make eight hundred bucks by two pm i'm out i'm at freaking bruise room a hurricane grill normal as you call it normal i would say like about from like the time of COVID i'd say for you know from that time from the region i was kind of coasting you know just coasting not nothing bad nothing good just chilling i'm in the i'm in the shadows you know what i mean i'm with tranquilito but around covid you know i lost a lot of friends i lost a lot of people and i lost a lot of them through suicide more death right and i'm gonna come full circle on that but it got to this point betsy that i was you would think that you know like being stabbed and being shot at and going to jail all these things you know you would think that that would be like the moment that i'm like you know something's got to give you right but none of that really was it was just one day about two and a half years ago i just didn't like what i what i saw anymore it was just empty you know i just didn't like what i saw anymore so much like death and loss and i knew that i was worth more you know i was like what are you doing you know what i mean like you're just wasting your life man you're gonna blink and be fifty you haven't done nothing and i had like a full breakdown straight up i had like a full breakdown on a normal tuesday you know what i mean nothing crazy happened nothing nothing happened no bolt of lightning nothing like that happened and i was like i'm gonna change my life that's it i i don't i i don't want this anymore i don't what i'm selling insurance i mean like there's nothing meaningful nothing there's nothing wrong with that there's some very successful people that sell insurance but for me it was like i'm i was meant for more so i picked up the bible i picked up the bible i started reading i started going on the journey i started eliminating people that just didn't serve me anymore you know all those toxic people gone gone gone gone eliminating everybody started falling more into the word of christ started connecting with people that were like minded you know that wanted to better themselves people that were more knowledgeable than me in regards to like the bible and the scripture started talking to them learning from them fast forward i'm like you know what i'm going to start fighting again got off the couch started training again fighting again all right things are going right i got some momentum i'm back in the gym god is good but now i'm lonely now i'm lonely because i fired everybody you know everybody's gone and it's easy but it's easy to welcome somebody back when you're lonely you know it's easy to go back to some toxic relationship because you're lonely and i refuse to do it i was smart on that thank god i would have lost a lot of time and i didn't then almost a year ago to the day you might know this guy alain.
Guerra right my favorite person in the whole wide universe guy's a stud don't get crazy aline relax and he's not just goshing good looks listen it rubbed.
Off just saying it rubbed off okay so.
You wish my child you wish.
So this wonderful guy a line girl this was october of last year it's like almost thirteen months ago twenty twenty four twenty twenty four so i'm already on this journey and what they don't tell you about like the journey too is like once you decide that you're going to follow the path of christ prepare for the chaos prepare for the earthquakes because everything starts rumbling nobody tells you whoever's listening i'm telling you that right now prepare yourself because it's coming and it's gonna you're gonna you're gonna be put in a in a in a test do you really want this or you don't or you're gonna fall back and i just kept on going forward i get a text message from a line guerrero this is on a thursday okay he says hey machado i have this retreat it's tomorrow you'll be home by sunday what is this yeah it's a spiritual retreat it'll be on by sunday give me a second i call my guy hey come take care of my dog look out for my place i text the line i'm like i'm in now for our audience it's for the emmaus brotherhood retreat and it's a weekend retreat now as you know some of these guys they booked this retreat months in advance i literally went from a thursday i was on a bus on friday on a sunday my heart was completely changed wow completely changed i can't tell you that i was a new man because i wasn't but my heart was changed for i knew that something had happened i knew that i was home i knew that i found my people let's go and you come up you're like machado fpca let's do this let's do it i'm on fire let's go and i can't thank you enough fbca was the best even to this day i was talking to some of the girls outside and i was telling them hey you know it's funny because i go back to our work and i went back to our class that we had in regards to grief and when just a side note but like grief for example you a lot of people associate that with in regards to like losing a family member losing somebody that they love but grief comes in many different sizes and shapes and hats right so that grief can be for this personal fighter that i know he is retiring so he is grieving his identity and i was like fpca i got this i knew exactly what to say how to say it and i and i i validated you know what i mean i validated his feeling and he was like so taken back that he wanted for me he wanted my input and i was i was just more like listening you know like hey you go on he's like no no tell me like what do i do now you know so i i was able to create a roadmap for him to all my brothers and sisters in emmaus i love you guys so emmaus happens and fbca i graduate i'm on fire for real i'm on.
Fire for real what changed so your heart was changed with emmaus what changed with the faith based coaching academy fpca.
That'S a great question because i told luli i was like she asked me she was like oh you know what like what changed for you and i was like you know the course is meant to unlock greatness right fbca is meant to unlock greatness and it does that but what it did for me it reminded me of greatness of course.
Because you're not just gushing good looks.
Exhibit a.
I love that he loves himself he loves himself that's what happens that's what happens when you connect with the indwelling god the holy spirit amen amen that's what happens and i've been.
On the journey since man i've been i've been on fire and i really just want to i want to be able to be vulnerable like this you know and i want people to see that you know we're all eating a big shit salad out there right but guess what you know there if you hold on a little bit longer you know the sun will come out and i'm i'm walking evidence of it i'm proof of it i want other people to see that and also i want men especially that suffer in silence you know to know that they're not alone and i want them to know that you have me i'm no better than you but i've done the work and i've come out the other side you know and if they need for me to listen i'll listen if they need my input i've got that too if you want to work on something together we could both build something we could do that too but you're not alone.
So can you talk to that man like what what message do you have for him today.
To any man that's watching this and is really in a desperate situation that they feel that they can't go on anymore and you just want to cash in your chips i encourage you i beg you don't quit do not quit you have an outlet you have people there's more of us than there are of them and you have me the first thing you need to do is look and walk in the footsteps of christ and that will be your first example of what to do and your beginning of guidance after that i have many tools and many things that i can share with you and all we do is just put one foot in front of the other and before you know it we'll look back and be like wow look how far we've come amen to that yeah.
So how can people find you and by the way i think it's important for you who are listening to know that he i mean he will help transform a man's life because he's known how to become a man a true man but you also have a heart for youth and you and you train them both in life and in boxing and you use those you use martial arts and psychosphere the psychospiritual method that we taught you at the faith based coaching academy to expand their lives to inspire them so that they may aspire to the life god dreams for them yes so so i think it's important for you listening to know that he i mean he'll rock the life of a man who wants to find fulfillment and joy and peace and be a true man and if you know youth who feel lost like he was at some point he can also help you or your kids go through a you know a journey of reawakening of rising up to their greatness and experiencing the confidence that comes with it's not just gushing good looks so where can they.
Find you yes so if anybody is in the miami area they want to physically train whether you're an adult whether you're a teenager a child any parent that wants to have their kid learn confidence whether they're bullied or are the bully okay bring them to me and i'll help them build their confidence i'll help them whether they need self defense i'll teach them self control so that could carry on into life boxing also brings a lot of problem solving it all connects i have a great program that i'm beginning now that's going to be just that it's going to be the life coaching with boxing to help these young kids elevate to another level i've been working really hard on this and i'm excited about it big time so you go to ama boxing on instagram on facebook please email me at amaboxingclub gmail dot com for any of my guys any of my soldiers out there that need me go to unseen knights dot org knights with a k unseen knights dot org know that everything and anything that we speak is fully confidential it's just between us and even that page it's not going to be a lot of fluff or nothing like that it's going to be straight to the point because we are going to win right now let's go right now amen to that yes amen amen let's.
Go yes yes thank you thank you thank you machado for sharing your story so vulnerably i imagine that's not easy to go back and revisit and maybe see a little bit of shame peek in and then realize like wait no the reason i went to that is so that i can help other people and serve them well so thank you you're welcome thank you for being courageous and man enough thank you for having me you really are not just gushing.
Good looks i'm telling you there's a lot more to this yeah serious i can see that this is serious business.
Ay ay yai as you can see strength is not in the silence it's in the surrender in the vulnerability and in faith to every man listening you don't have to carry this alone and to every woman listening grace is a language too so if this episode bless you make sure you share with someone who needs some hope and guidance today i love you have a beautiful day.
