Today, I'm gonna talk to you about the 7 things that you must do if you wanna lose weight. Hi, I'm Bill, owner of beyondfitnessonline.com, and today I wanna give you my 7 biggest tips for losing weight. They are really crucial if you're trying to lose weight, and you can't really do it successfully without incorporating these things. If you haven't already, please subscribe to the channel below. And, let's get started. Now, some of these you've heard before and you're gonna kind of already know, but it's important to understand the specifics of them and we're gonna get into that. So, let's dive right in. Number 1. Number 1 is your exercise routine. Now, a lot of people are just like, hey, exercise is exercise, calories in versus calories out. That's not always the case. You need to get a little bit more specific. Everybody's body is a little bit different, and it's a result of all the things you've done over the past. So it's important that your exercise routine fits your lifestyle, that you're able to do it as frequently as you need to, that it fits your level that you are at physically. So if you're a little more deconditioned, you may need to start a little slower. If you've been competing as an athlete in marathons and such, you may need a little bit more. If you've got injuries or physical limitations, then that could also influence what it is that you need to do with your exercise. Number 2 is your nutrition. Now, there are so many diets out there and it's easy to get so confused on what it is that you need to do. Everybody's body, again, is a little bit different and has different requirements. This can be because of how active you are during the day, It can be how much your body needs carbohydrates and how quickly it burns through them. It can be how much muscle you have in your body. It can be a number of different things. So nutrition is really important to get that dialed in, and there's a number of different ways to do that. And if you want more information on that, just comment below and we'll talk about it. My third tip is stress management. It doesn't matter how much you exercise or how good your nutrition is if you're constantly under stress. Your body chemistry changes and you cannot burn fat as efficiently as you otherwise would. So, it's important to learn how to do the things that are gonna manage the stress. Now, for some people, that is getting the time to exercise. For some people, that's taking out the foods that are causing nutritional stress. For some people, that's being able to just get some time away and relax. You've gotta figure out what works best for you and be able to manage that stress level Because the lower the stress level, the more efficient your fat burning is gonna be. Number 4 goes right along with that, and it's all about breathing techniques. Now, about 90% of the people that I see out there have something wrong with their breathing mechanically, and it's because of habits, it can be because of stress, it can be because of a number of different reasons. So, it's important to make sure that when you are practicing your breathing, That you're working on breathing into the diaphragm, breathing into the ribs, that your ratio of inhale versus exhale is correct. And you can practice these things. And there's so many other breathing techniques that can make a huge difference in your body. Not to mention that as you break down fat in your body, it has to leave your body somehow. And it can do that in a number of different ways, but the most efficient way that it does that is when we exhale. So getting your breathing right is crucial. Number 5 is make sure that you have a good routine. Without a routine, it's easy to forget your workout or have a meal that you weren't planning on having or ending up eating something that you just grabbed quickly because you couldn't get it together in order to make that meal. So, it's important to get your routine together so that when the time comes to do these things, you know exactly what needs to be done, and that's how you're gonna stay on track to lose weight. Number 6 is often overlooked and it's really important. It's get your sleep. Now, if you're not sleeping the right amount of time and at the right times, then it's gonna be a stress on your body and it's gonna make it more difficult for you to lose weight. Not to mention that it changes your hormones around as well and can create hunger cravings and sugar cravings even. And it's important that you get that time to recover. with your sleep so that your body can be ready to go the next day and continue to have great workouts. Number 7, my last tip, is all about finding your why. It's important that if you want to lose weight, that you know why you're doing it. Because if you can't keep going back to that reason why it's so important for you, it's easy to get going and have a bad day and just fall off the wagon. So, it's really, really crucial That you take some time to think about why it's important for you to lose that weight, why you wanna get to the goals that you have set. Take a moment and really feel what it would be like to actually achieve that so you can really connect with that why. If you take a moment, just close your eyes and think about, ah, when I get to the weight that I wanna get to, how am I gonna feel? What kind of things am I gonna be able to do that I can't do now? And when you can really connect with that, It keeps you on track and keeps you going in those tough times. I hope you found this video helpful, and I hope some of these tips have really resonated with you.
