Hi, I'm Bill from Beyond Fitness Online. Today I want to show you a great core exercise for better core stability, and we can even work in your vestibular stuff in order to improve your balance. So here's what we're going to do. You need a cable or a band like I've got right here. Take it with 2 hands. You're going to lean back. We're going to go up and over the head. Make sure we keep good posture through the spine as we do this. Now you'll feel that engage. If you turn yourself around, you'll see that engage. It'll also engage the muscles, but in a different way. So you can do it each way. Do about 10 to 20 reps of each. See which one you like better. Now, if you've also tested your vestibular system and you know that you have certain head positions that cause dizziness or problems for you, what we can do is get yourself into these positions with that head position and do the same exercise from that point. Give these a try. Let me know what you think in the comments below and follow me for more tips and tricks just like these. Thanks, Bill.
