Hi, I'm Bill from Beyond Fitness Online, and today I'm going to show you another core exercise with an arm movement that's really good for building reflexive stability through one side of your core. Now, many people are imbalanced in terms of musculature in the core, and it's important to work on that so that you get more balanced to help prevent any injuries. So you may find that doing this exercise is more beneficial for you on one side than the other, but give it a try on both sides and see which way you like better. And if you want more information about what side to do, leave me a comment below and we can talk about that. If you didn't see last week's video, go ahead and check that out right here. That, that was an exercise where we did something similar with a side plank where we did a press. Today we're going to add the pull to it, and I'm going to show you that right here. You're going to set yourself up into a side plank with the band overhead. You're going to pull single arm as if you were doing a pull-up. If a side plank position is too challenging for this, put one leg forward to ease the load on the side plank. I hope you found this exercise helpful.
