Hi, I'm Bill from Beyond Fitness Online, and today I'm going to teach you how to make all of your flexor movements stronger and more balanced. Now, if you watched this video right here from last week, it was all about extension movements, and what we're going to do today is kind of the opposite, but we're going to add another piece to it. So what we're going to want to do is real simple. You're just going to need your thumb And you're going to need your other hand to apply pressure on your forehead. So we're going to apply pressure going forward, and then I'm going to show you this angle, and hopefully it works for you. I'm staring right at my thumb as I'm applying pressure, and I'm letting my eyes go cross-eyed, and I'm coming back out. So if you can actually see my eyes, I'm aiming my thumb towards the bridge of my nose and letting my eyes do some work. You're going to want to do this for about 20 to 30 seconds, and then go ahead and try and do a flexor exercise. You should find that it's gotten quite stronger.
