Hi, I'm Bill from Beyond Fitness Online. Today I'm going to show you one of my favorite core stabilization exercises. This is an important exercise because stabilizing the spine is necessary to have great arm and leg movement. So check this out and give it a try. Begin in a push-up position. Imagine that your hand is in the center of a clock. You're going to touch every big number in the clock all the way around. On that side and then repeat on the other side. Be sure to keep your hips stable and don't allow them to move as you reach your hand. That is the key to this exercise. You can also do the same thing with your lower body by doing this with your foot at the center of the clock, still trying to touch all of the big numbers. Now from here, we can take this to the next level by using either ankle weights on the feet or holding a dumbbell in the hand like you see here. And touching each big number of the clock. Give this a try and see how it helps you, and follow me for more tips and tricks just like these.
