Hi, I'm Bill from Beyond Fitness Online. Today I want to talk to you about posture and all the muscles that go with that along the spine and how they're actually impacted by the vestibular system. Now the vestibular system has multiple tracts. Today we're going to talk about the lateral and medial vestibular tracts. Those are— the lateral controls the spinal muscles, medial controls the head movements. When we combine those together with some postural tension, We improve our posture in the long run. So we're going to take our dumbbells, we're going to do a farmer's walk. I'm going to demonstrate this for you, and we're going to do it with some head turns. So we're going to have a visual target, we're going to be turning our head as we do it. So give this a try, let me know what you think, and follow me for more tips and tricks just like these. 1, 2, 3, go!
