Try this exercise to improve core stability while you move your arms. This will also result in better arm strength. Have something small to support your lower back. In this case, I'm using a small foam roller. Lean back to 60 to 45 degrees with your knees slightly bent and raise your arms straight up overhead, holding for about 1 second at the top. Now, if that works well for you, you can also try doing one side at a time. You can do all on one side, Or you can alternate each side like you're doing, like you see me doing here. Then from there, if you want to make it even more challenging, you can hold some kind of weight. I'm holding a 10-pound plate, which makes a massive difference. Give this a try. Let me know in the comments how it goes for you, and follow me for more tips and tricks just like these.
