Bill from Beyond Fitness Online shows how to improve your toe touch in seconds by activating specific brain regions: cross your eyes, hum, and bounce on your toes while reaching down. He demonstrates a baseline reach, does the technique, and retests to show the difference.

Hi, I'm Bill from Beyond Fitness Online. Today I'm going to show you how stimulating your vestibular system and other brain areas can help you to touch your toes. What we're going to do is we're just going to stimulate the saccule, which is the part of our vestibular system that tells us what's up and down. We're going to stimulate the midbrain by going cross-eyed. We're going to hum and stimulate the medulla, which also helps flexion, and we're going to get all that going at once. So first, test your toes, your toe touch. I know that I can get to the tops of my toes, and that's about normal for me without warming up. Next, I'm going to go here, put my thumb out in front. I'm going to go cross-eyed here while I'm bouncing on my toes, and I'm going to hum. Retest yourself, and you'll find that you'll be able to go a lot farther. Like and follow for more of these.
