Hi, I'm Bill from Beyond Fitness Online. Today I want to answer a question that I get all the time, which is, why is it that we do so much core and stabilization exercise when we are really trying to improve balance and strength? And the reason is for a couple of things. One, the stronger and more stable we are in the spine, the stronger our limbs, our arms, our legs, and even our neck and head can be. And the second reason is that the vestibular system also helps to set tone throughout the spine so that we can create better stability so that we don't fall over or stumble or lose our balance while we're trying to stand or walk. So by strengthening all these muscles, it gives us better posture, better stability, and better sense of keeping our balance. So follow me for more tips and tricks just like these.
