In this instructional video, Bill Daniels of Beyond Fitness Online demonstrates a simple vestibular‑stimulation exercise aimed at assessing and enhancing hip stability, extension, and strength on a single side. He first explains how to test hip extension range by observing the point of restriction. Then, using a visual target placed in front of the body, he instructs viewers to keep their eyes on the target, turn the head toward the side being worked (right side in his example), close the eyes briefly, and then slowly return the head to the forward position, opening the eyes again. This head‑turn‑and‑eye‑closure sequence is repeated five to six times. Bill notes that after just a few repetitions he experiences increased hip extension and smoother movement, suggesting the vestibular stimulus can temporarily improve hip function. He concludes by encouraging viewers to try the technique and to follow and subscribe for more fitness tips.
