AI is better than we are. Better, like AI will outwork. If it were me and Jeff locked in a room trying to figure out the best pricing for his market and all the different combinations and permutations of water heaters and HVAC systems, and then we had Claude do it in another room in 30 minutes, no offense, Claude's gonna take us to school. And there are current coaches and consultants and trainers and people who will fly to your city and teach you a seminar that teach you that you need to hide the name of the parts that you're gonna sell to your customer and call it something else so you can charge more for it. And I get all of that, but with AI now, consumers are just cutting through all that noise. And so one of the things that, and I just saw the latest version of this today, like imagine if a consumer's super confused about an estimate. So they go to Travis Crawford's website and they just upload a picture of their estimate and the, the agent, Jeff AI, goes through and looks at everything that Travis Crawford could possibly do for this customer, compares it to the quote they got, and then gives them a line item breakdown of everything that would be required. For them to get that same estimate from Travis Crawford. So there's a lot, a lot of things going on that AI makes possible that we just all couldn't do together.
And the wild thing about it is that in the future, I see AI telling the, the user to do that, right? So it would be, it will be guiding the experience. Like, I believe sometime it, it, uh, maybe a year ago, ChatGPT started at the end asking, do you want me to do this? And it would give you a few more options. And guiding you through. So if you're not great at prompting or asking questions, it's going to try to understand your intent and then take you through that. Had to do not today, but AI might say, might just do it automatically.
We would love to incorporate that for contractors to make this feel like an extension of your brand on your website.
