Margaux walks through two new features in ServiceTitan ST-63: a mobile filter that shows equipment attached to specific jobs, so field techs can quickly access notes and service history, and an optional Bluetooth update for EMV card readers that takes a few minutes on good Wi-Fi.
Hey there, I'm Margot from Servicetitan. Today we're going to walk through the Release notes for ST63 and how those will affect you. On the mobile side, the first thing we're looking at is existing equipment. So on the mobile side they have now added a new filter that is for job specific equipment. On the office side, when they book the job, they now can actually attach an equipment to the job itself so that it's clear for you which equipment is going to be the focus of this job. So now if I click job specific, it's only filtering the things that were selected on the office side so that you can quickly come in here and see any notes or previous service items or forms that were filled out so that you can quickly see which piece of equipment you need to be working on today. The next thing we're going to look at is for those of you who use the EMV readers for your credit cards. Now we have an option for you to actually click and do those updates separate from transactions so that when you're at, you know, the office the beginning of the day, you have good WI fi, good signal, you go ahead and do those updates. You're not doing that when you're actually out in the field. This is an optional workflow, but this is just to help make things a little bit easier for you. So all you need to do is click your profile picture. There should be a new option that says EMV Reader Update. Once you click in there, it's going to have you attach and turn on the swiper and make sure the Bluetooth is on. Once that has connected, there will be a blue button that says Update. You go ahead and click that, it'll let you know that it's updating and that it may take a few minutes. And then once it's update complete, it'll let you know if you have multiple readers that appear when you're going to update the software. It'll let you select which one you're updating it for so you can do additional readers if needed. Hopefully this just makes your day a little bit smoother. Thank you so much for watching.
