No. The idea was not to remove the dispatchers. We really were very careful. We want to make them more efficient. We wanted to check the data on the job. We wanted to make sure to do a happy call with the client. We wanted to make sure they're still involved. This wasn't an idea of getting rid of people. It was an idea to make them more efficient. So the idea is, as we scale, we don't need to bring out as many dispatchers as we needed to. The dispatchers love the new process.
