2016
About three months
Seven locations (planning an eighth toward the end of the year)
$5.1 million in 30 days (during 2020 pandemic)
My name is Ismael Valdez. I am the owner of NextGen Air Conditioning and heating and plumbing in Southern California. I own the best company in the world. We started in 2016. I think we were there for three.
Months in my garage.
And then 2016 we went full on board. Now we have a total of seven locations. Looking to open our eighth one probably towards the end of the year service time. I started with them, we went full on board with them.
When I started believing the product, that's when I started referring to people. The software does like, I know what it can do and I wish everybody knew how good it works.
And it helped me get to where I'm at tremendously because we're super efficient on paperless. We're super efficient with our tablets. Our reporting site is 100% accurate. And now 2020 comes around. We did $5.1 million in 30 days in the middle of a pandemic, in the middle of no weather, no demand.
That's cool, man.
What do you think? Ish.
Wow. That is really, really nice. Amazing.
It's all yours.
Thank you.
Only in America could you do this. You know that, right? Only in America could you win a Raptor. For helping people. You could win a Raptor. We're probably gonna give it to one of our high performance management team, one of the guys that has been here for a while. I was just helping people out because they were like, hey, how do you track your marketing, your KPIs and everything, right? And then I came up with the dashboards and we put them up like on a display. Everybody kept like messaging me all day long, hey, what do I do here? What do I do here? So I just kept referring them to ServiceTitan. And two months into they like emailed me like, oh, you wanna wrap the cool.
I'll take it honestly, like, it's not about the trust. I get gratification from helping people. Traits people are known for are like plumbing industry, electrical industry. There's been people that we go out and do tune ups on their system and they're flat broke and we'll just be like, wave off the feed, tuning up the air conditioning, taking out the trash, walking the do, just doing extra little things. Because all those little things impact the business in a huge way. The acts of kindness that start from service time, it just trickles down. Getting the truck is like icing on the cake. Because it's not like about gaining anything. It's just about helping other people, helping other contractors feel the same thing that you're feeling helping other contractors make as much or even more money than you're making because of the platform. Once people know, like, what service that you could do to your company, people would, like, get blown away like what they could do to me. It's mind boggling what the software has done for.
