Release #77 ServiceTitan Release Notes Overview Spring 2026

Richard Koberger walks through ServiceTitan's Spring 2026 updates across Accounting, Dispatching, Roofing, and other modules. New features include Application for Payment filtering, configurable drive-time limits for scheduling, MFA now required for Enterprise users, and Voice Agents that detect Spanish and escalate to multiple numbers. The Roofing module now lets technicians order measurements from EagleView, GAF, or Hover directly in the Field Mobile app.

What's going on everybody, it's Richard Koberger here, the Blue Collar Nerd. Well, spring done sproing, then you know what that means. It's release notes time! Alright, got a relatively short release notes for you this go around, so shouldn't have to keep you too long. Starting under the accounting section. Identify application for payment invoices faster in Transaction Hub. And this particular note is only going to be relevant to commercial and construction companies who are using progress billing. So if that's you, when you're on the accounting screen under the invoices tab, you can now set an invoice filter to include application for payment invoices and a column to show you the application for payment number. So that way you don't have to click all the way into an invoice just to see if it's an application for payment invoice anymore. To set your filter so that it's showing application for payment invoices, you're gonna go to that view dropdown next to the filter icon and then check off application for payment. And then if you wanna be able to see the AFP number, you would go to edit your columns and then application for payment number is now one of the available columns. All right, next, under adaptive capacity, you can now set a max drive time limit within your adaptive capacity settings. So previously, companies that were not using Dispatch Pro had no way to cap drive times. In Adaptive Capacity's Get Adaptive Availability menu on the call booking screen. So Adaptive Capacity simply showed all available time slots regardless of how long the drive would be. But now under your capacity configuration settings, you'll see this new option to hide availability if drive time exceeds the max drive time threshold. And you'll enter your max drive time in there in minutes, and you can set any threshold up to 240 minutes. All right, next under dispatching, we have a new technician assigned alert as well as some expansions to the auto adjust appointment logic. So starting with the alert, we now have a new configurable job-based alert that notifies selected recipients when a technician is assigned or reassigned to a job. So previously there was a technician unassigned alert, but now there is a new alert for when a technician is assigned. This is set up in your main alerts area. So under settings, integrations, and alerts. And like pretty much all of those alerts, you can choose to be alerted via email, SMS, or both. And then also within this note is the changes to the auto-adjust logic. So somewhat recently there was a new dispatch-related setting introduced that would allow you to auto-adjust job appointments to the actual duration. So if a job on the dispatch board was scheduled for 2 hours but a technician finished it in 1 hour, then when the technician finished the appointment, the actual appointment length on the dispatch board would shorten to just the 1 hour, which frees up that extra capacity. However, previously that's all it did. It would only shorten the appointment if the technician finished it early. But now if the technician starts the appointment at a different start time than what was scheduled, then that will also shift on the dispatch board and the job bubble on the dispatch board will automatically expand if the job runs long. So the job bubble on the dispatch board can now be a true representation of what really happened, which is gonna make your capacity more accurate. All right, next we've again got some notes around MFA or multi-factor authentication. So in Enterprise Hub, multi-factor authentication is now enabled by default for all users. And then for everybody else outside of Enterprise Hub, MFA is required to be on for any quote unquote privileged accounts. These are any user accounts that hold high-risk permissions, and you can see whether or not a user account is privileged under the MFA settings. And just like I said in the previous release notes, I acknowledged that from a convenience standpoint, Multi-factor authentication is dirt nasty doo-doo garbage, but it's just a smart thing to have in terms of security hygiene. Hi, Richard. Hi, sorry, I wasn't talking to Eugene. Yes? No, not you either, Eugene. Nobody ever talks to me. Oh, it's okay, buddy. Okay, next under Roofing, order and view measurements from jobs in the Field Mobile app to reduce handoffs and keep proposals moving forward. So previously, any field users who needed a measurement report for a job had to either contact the office or do it from the desktop view. Existing measurement PDFs were also not accessible from the mobile view. But now field users can view existing measurement records and PDFs, as well as order new measurements from approved providers, including EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, and Hover. To do this while on the job site, the technician will open the job in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile app and then tap on the measurements section. And from there, they can view existing measurement records. And if they have the order measurements permission, that part is permission-based, by the way, then they can also tap on the option to order measurement. All right, next, under service agreements, we now have a service agreements audit trail. So when looking at any particular service agreement page now in the left-hand navigation menu at the very bottom, you'll see an option for audit trail. And from there you can see exactly who changed what and when as it relates to that service agreement. And everybody loves a good audit trail. It removes a lot of ambiguity and finger pointing. So I'm really happy to see that they're now available for service agreements as well. Next, under service agreements, we can now make edits to service agreements in bulk. For example, we can create renewals in bulk, we can change the statuses of service agreements in bulk, we can change the prices of service agreements in bulk, etc. You would do this on the service agreements follow-ups page. You'll see we have checkboxes there now on the left-hand side where you can multi-select, or a master checkbox at the top where you can select everything. And you can use your filters there at the top to filter down for a particular set of service agreements and then use your checkboxes or master checkbox to just affect those that you're filtering for. So once you have a set of service agreements selected, you would make edits to them by going to the Actions dropdown where you'll see options to change prices, change statuses, edit the agreements, or renew the agreements. Previously, agreements were all handled individually one by one, so this is a pretty powerful update. Next, under Supply Chain, APR Supply is now an integrated vendor in ServiceTitan for price book costs and purchase orders. So just like with other full procurement vendor integrations, this allows you to sync product costs, check real-time pricing and availability, and send purchase orders electronically directly to your vendor from ServiceTitan. So no more manually updating material costs and no more relying on email for purchase orders. You can send a purchase order directly to your vendor's system. Next, under Voice Agents, we've got 5 big improvements to the AI voice agent in ServiceTitan. So first we have multi-point escalation. So previously, if a customer who was speaking to an AI agent requested to speak to a live person, that call would be forwarded to a single configured number. And if nobody answered at that number, the call would then go to voicemail. But now you can set up multiple possible escalation numbers so that in that same scenario where somebody's speaking to an agent, asks to speak to a live person, the voice agent can determine the right number to escalate to based on the call type and the context of that phone call. Also, there is now multi-agent support so that you can run multiple voice agents from a single account. So each agent could have its own name, its own greeting, its own job type selection, its own dispatch fees settings, and its own assigned phone number. That way, let's say you are operating multiple brands, callers can call into a specific agent that is configured specifically for that particular brand. Next, we have updates to voice agent objection handling. So previously when a caller pushed back on pricing or fees during a voice agent call, the voice agent had no way to respond. But now admins can configure custom objection responses in the voice agent settings so that when a customer pushes back, the voice agent delivers the configured response and continues pushing towards a booking. We also now have voice agent email notifications. So previously, if a voice agent took a call but wasn't able to book a job, all you would get was a voice agent follow-up within the user interface. But with voice agent email notifications, ServiceTitan can automatically send an email summary to your designated recipients after each unbooked voice agent call. That way, when a voice agent fails to book a job, somebody gets an email about it right away, and then if they feel like there's something they could do to save it, they can call back. And the last update to the voice agent is that it now automatically supports Spanish. So if it detects that somebody is speaking to it in Spanish, it will just automatically switch to Spanish, allowing you to assist more customers without a language barrier. Okay, and finally, under Marketing Pro, we have reputation revenue reporting. So previously, the reputation overview dashboard showed search views and potential leads, but it could not connect those clicks to actual job bookings or revenue. So you really had no way to see how your Google listings were performing for you as a business driver. But now the Reputation Overview dashboard includes two new sections: Reputation Business Impact and Reputation KPIs. So that now shows the full funnel from local search views through to booked jobs and invoiced revenue. And before I let you go, I wanna hit you with one last release note. That's not really a ServiceTitan release note, but it's for my ServiceTitan Dark Mode extension. So I've recently released a major update to my Dark Mode extension. I now consider it out of beta and in its version 1.0 state. So when in dark mode, the main background color isn't such a pure black anymore, it's more of a soft gray. Colors are better preserved on the dispatch board now, so job bubbles and tags will be their original colors. The new version of the main side navigation bar is now supported, so that won't look weird and inverted. And I've just generally gone through and done a lot of cleanup work, and I think it looks a lot better. Of course, I still don't claim it to be perfect, and if you have any feedback for me, feel free to let me know either on my Facebook page or even in the comment section down below here is fine. But if you haven't checked it out in a while or you haven't checked it out at all, then give it a peek. It is completely free to use and I'll put a link to it in the description box down below. Anyways, that's all I got for today. Be sure to hit like if you like this video and found it valuable. Be sure to subscribe to ServiceTitan's YouTube channel if you haven't done that already.
