Bill Brown and guests explain why roofing companies struggle with technology adoption. Most fail because operators don't know what systems they need and because owners push rollouts without getting their teams on board. Success requires asking the right vendor questions and building internal champions.
I would love to hear.
Some examples, if you have them, about common pitfalls that you see the roofers fall into when they're trying to adopt technology or success stories. I'll let you pick which one you want to go with first.
You know, I think it's not knowing what to ask. I don't think there is one solution that does everything, but everything has to work together. What is a CRM? What is fleet management software? What questions should I ask of the vendor? What things should I be considering? One of the other areas where I think some fail is you have to have your internal champions, right? You can't have the owner of the company say, we're going to start using this cool AI tool, and then your team goes, I'm not using that. Yeah, what are you talking about? So you need those internal champions. You need the team.
