A company credits half of customers' monthly payments into a balance for future purchases. A $20/month plan gives $10 back each month, redeemable once you hit $500 to $750. Retention and satisfaction both jumped after launch.
And then let's say they're paying 20 bucks a month to stay on the plan, they'll offer half of that. So $10 every month accrues back in the balance. As a customer, the psychology of seeing your balance go up every month and know that you are saving dollars towards something you're eventually going to have to, that you're not excited about probably paying for. Yeah. Is really, really good. I mean, we've seen awesome, awesome retention around that. But also just the use of some contractors will let people redeem them for anything over $500. Let's be honest, any, any time you roll a truck for anything, it's. It can't be less than five. So they can buy one single capacitor. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. A lot of them say that it's got to be at least an equipment change out. Right. So call it 35 change something. I don't want to be buying this, but you know what? I'm going to go ahead and do it. I'm going to change the water heater instead of ask you to fix it because I've got, you know, $500 or $750 here towards that big ticket. Do it right. So. So we see that work really well. Redemption is great. Customer satisfaction is great around it. Yeah. That's probably one of the features that we're most excited about. Since we rolled it out last year, that's been working really well.
