When an AI system hits a question it can't answer, it can transfer the call live or schedule a callback. A backend system watches for these gaps, pulls answers from your website or customers, and logs everything so it learns and never makes the same mistake twice.

Is there any human oversight? What happens if a customer actually breaks the AI And AI doesn't know the answer to a question? What happens then?
Yeah, so sometimes it will live transfer, and it can also offer a callback. And all of this is just totally programmable. The other thing is, if that happens once, usually we'll detect it. We have an AI system in the back end that is watching every single call and looking for missing knowledge. So if we detect missing knowledge, we'll contact our customer, our partner, and request that information, or we'll find it on the website. And it never forgets, so it just gets better and better.
