A transcript excerpt from a Whole Man Academy podcast episode (EP108) featuring Ross Anderson discussing mental training, wellbeing, personal development and recovery. The speaker links psychological states (hope, gratitude, optimism) and measurable neurology to behaviour change, recounts personal struggles and recovery, and criticises the lack of wellbeing education in western curricula.
