Are we live anywhere right now?
No. The Whole Man Academy.
Podcast man, what's wrong with you? Why do you keep doing this?
Marcus Murray, an entrepreneur, leader, father, CEO of Ditto Whole Man Academy.
Our slogan at Ditto is duplicate yourself. Right? Duplicate your efforts, duplicate your output without having to duplicate the input or the effort required from you.
Be funny stuff. Yeah. Was it like, oh, 10 minutes later, what was it doing? And you like, time for dinner. You've got me again. Because.
Oh, man, that is a tough question. Sometimes I share with her what's going on, and sometimes I feel like if I share with her what's really going on, it would scare her. Right.
With a towel over my head, trying to get some good vibes going on.
My kids get home. I want to be there for them. I know this is the whole man, you know, podcast. And so I'm going to talk about family a lot, and. Because that's the reason why I do anything. And I knew if I stayed in this job, I was going to miss all of it in the office every single day. And that's not what I signed up for. How are we going to pay for bills? How are we going to pay our mortgage? How are we going to pay our car payments? And she said, we'll figure it out. Oh, my gosh. I think I got something here.
Juggle all of that and stay. And stay sane.
Oh, man. Yeah, Good question. I mean, 4D time management framework, it's urgent and important. It's important, but not urgent and urgent but not important. It's neither urgent or important. I can delete it. You become a micromanager really quickly, and then it removes the room for innovation. You have to be willing to let them flex that muscle so that you can realize their potential.
If I could take it all back, I'd spend more time with my family.
Yeah.
And that. That really. That really touched me.
We're all going to have good days, we're all going to have bad days, but I think it's like, showing up is the most important thing. Whatever.
