A short motivational monologue addressing how to help men regain or activate their drive to work on personal goals (health, finances, relationships). The speaker emphasizes financial motivation as common and discusses resistance among adult men to workplace mandates (e.g., mask rules), linking pride and autonomy to decreased compliance and potential job decisions.
Helping a man find the drive, which isn't always easy to do, the drive to go and work on whatever he wants, whether it be a health issue or a financial issue, or his relationship. But the financial one comes up a lot, because who doesn't want more money? Might be happy in your job. But when all the issues started happening about whether you, you know, wear masks and all that stuff, and they were like, well, I'm not. And that might be easy as a child, but as a 30, 40 or 50 year old man who's got any level of pride, being told what to do and what to wear or you can't do this. And that isn't something that most of us want to be part of. So.
