Men Supporting Each Other #shorts

A man describes his support group for men: regular Zoom calls, shared reflection tools, and retreats where they talk openly about struggles. He emphasizes how much it matters to have other men you can be honest with.
What have you found in your communities that has been, let's say, a bit of a surprise? Something that you didn't expect to come from those. Those community meetings or those networks. What's. When I say nice surprise, I knew that it would be valuable, but we've now got. I can't remember. It's 21, 22 men in and it's called the network. You know why, why try and come up with some fancy name when you like, basically, you want to be in a strong network of men. But what I've loved most is the guys to start with who were like. Because each Monday and every Friday. So we have zoom calls every week and we do, like, dinners and we've got a retreat in the Cotswolds coming up in March, but on Monday they get an evaluation tool, basically, and on a Friday, a reflective tool to look back at the week. And you never know whether people are going to find it useful or not, because my private coaching clients have found it useful, but giving it to a whole group. But what's been great was I'll log in on a Monday morning to our private platform and literally there'll be like 12, you know, guys have all posted and we all post it in there so you can all see, because guys would say to me, oh, I. I've had a shit week this week. I didn't want to post that in there because bring the energy down. I was like, no, no, that's. That's not. That's totally the wrong. That's the time to post it in there because I bet another guy will go, hell, that was me as well. I've had a. I've had a shit week last week had various things all go wrong all in the same week. That cost me thousands of pounds, hours of time. It wasted my time. And I said, honestly, guys, I've had a week this week. You know, it's just every time my partner popped ahead around the door, it was like, this is broken or this gone wrong. And the other guy's like, yeah, I had a shit week as well. I was like, great.
