I think it's a really. Again, a really good question and a massive issue, I think, for men in terms of friendship, loneliness, isolation, men struggling to make friends and keep friends. You know, certainly after 35, I think that's something that was fairly common and it sounds like you're very aware of. I think when I. When I actually, when I trained in my therapy course, one of the big things about therapy is that. And still I think this is true today on most courses is that it's mainly populated by women. So there was probably one or two men in a course in my day, that was kind of over 20 years ago. And in my head, the only thing I had thought as soon as I'd finished my therapy was my therapy course was I want to work with men and I want to create a men's group. I need men in terms of being able to connect with them at different levels. But certainly the men's groups we're talking about, it's kind of very much about trying to develop our emotional fitness, if you like. And so at that level and have friends at that point, at that point. So I was very clear about that.
