Gemma Munson, an enterprise customer success manager with over seven years of experience in the SaaS industry, shares how she enrolled in Bob London's Radical Authenticity course to enhance her client conversations and become more strategic. She describes applying the course’s questioning techniques with her largest client, which led to silent moments of insight, uncovering deeper strategic complexities. The client, impressed by the new approach, initiated an unscheduled discussion about a new project, resulting in an expanded use of her company's product across multiple business lines. Over several months, this collaboration contributed to the client’s promotion and a full‑scale product rollout. Gemma concludes by thanking Bob London for the course’s transformative impact.

Hey, my name is Gemma Munson. I am an enterprise customer success manager in the SaaS industry. And I have been a customer success manager for over 7 years. I decided to take Bob's course because I wanted to elevate the conversations that I had with my clients. I realized that I needed to get a little bit one-up with my clients to really get to the bottom of how we can deliver most of the value from our product and also how can we be more strategic with our customers. One very good example is that after taking the course of Radical Authenticity, questions that Bob goes along all the course, I started to apply it with one of my biggest clients. My biggest client heard that question, those questions rather, and there were a lot of silent moments where they were realizing that actually those questions were Not even before ask, but also those questions were actually very good questions that unraveled more layers of complexity in the strategy that they were following. Follow that, my customer came back to me actually wanting to talk to me, not because we had a call scheduled. And he said, I think I have a project that you can helped me with. After the conversations that I had with you, I discovered that we could do much more with your product and I would like to expand your product to other lines of our business and see how it goes. The result was that after some months of many conversations with this client and the other lines of the company that he was working on, well, he actually was promoted because his project was so good to implement our product in other lines. He was promoted for that, and we actually managed to expand our product to all the lines of business. So thank you, Bob London London, so much for this course.
