Killer question number 5: What would make you a customer for life? And if you remember me before asking how many of you would like to have customers for life, every single person in the room said yes. You know what they say? No one's ever asked me that. I don't think— that's impossible. Because everyone wants customers for life. People raise their hands. Yeah, we want customers. Well, how could zero people ever admit that they've been asked that before? Or 100% of people say, "No one's ever asked me that." The interesting thing about this question is, and my favorite thing, is when someone says, "You know, that's a good question. I need to think about that." Because then you're going to get real insight. Maybe something they haven't shared with anybody else. Because guess what? If no one's asking them this question, that means your competitors haven't asked them that question yet. So just go ask.
