If you're an artist who wants to post consistently without burning out or beating yourself up every week, here's 3 words that'll help you do just that. Real quick, I'm Lennon. I help artists who are making sales in real life take those sales online, and we do that by building a personal brand that's authentic to you. So hit follow if you don't want to miss more content like this. All right, here's the 3 words: stop shoulding yourself. I know this sounds simple, but hear me out because this is the thing that's killing your consistency more than anything else. You walk around with this little checklist in your brain that tells you all the things that you should be doing. You should be posting on Instagram every day. You should be on TikTok. You should be on Facebook. You should be making more sales. You should be sending more emails. You should have figured this out by now. It's an impossible standard that you've built, and every time you don't hit that, you feel like you're failing, and that shame doesn't motivate you. It freezes you. So here's what I want you to do the next time you catch yourself in this spiral. If you hear yourself saying, "I should be doing more," ask yourself this question: Says who? You didn't sign up to be an influencer. You signed up to be an artist who's building a business. So if posting 3 times a week is all you can do right now, then so be it. Because the difference between professional artists and the artists that continue to struggle is that the professionals continue to show up and they figure out how to do that by letting go of the voices that tell them they should be doing more. And they simplify. They build a rhythm that works for their life. If this resonated at all, would you let me know in the comments? And if you're sick of starting and stopping all the time, please hit follow. I'd love to help you build something that actually sticks.
