Probably heard someone say something like, don't go after this creative occupation unless you would just do it for free. Anyway, I think there are days when the creativity drives us and there are days when making money drives us. Personally, I think both of those things are fine. If you want to make money from your creativity, that's freaking amazing. Just know this. Completion is not the goal. Consistency is. No matter what goal you reach, it will be replaced by another one. If you do that and you stay true to who you are, even if it never works out, you will be building skills that continue to be true to you. Whether you're going after it or you're not going after it, you will be uncomfortable. So which version of uncomfortable would you rather spend your days chasing? Unfortunately, most choose to be uncomfortable not chasing their dreams. You're not here long and it's good to remember that. So find your goal. Go be consistent. Because you're never gonna fully reach that goal. And I think that's the point.
