Alright, it's 6:08am I'm in Los Angeles for the vidsummit, but I'm also on this like six week exercise program thing. If I don't get this exercise in, I'm actually gonna feel pretty guilty. So I'm gonna go and do that.
That was a fail. Guys, look at this out here. It's happened. The sun is up, we got the skyline here somewhere. I think Today I get private lunch with Gary Vee, get to watch Peter McKinnon speak. Hopefully going to get to meet Tim Schmoyer who I'm working with in his video labs course. There's just a lot going on today for the first actual day of the conference. And this camera just feels too heavy because I've been working out. So I'm going to put it down.
Guys. What's up? Lennon here with Sound and Patterns Music. This channel exists to help you get past the starving artist mentality. I'm here because I believe that you, as a musician, as an artist, you have every right to make a living doing the thing that you love to do. And if not a living, at least like a part time income, you can do that. And if you're the kind of person that dogs on people because they want to make money doing what they love, they want to make money as a musician, then literally just stop watching this video. Because I have no time for people like you. I want people here that believe in themselves and believe that they deserve to make money doing what they love to do. This is the first time I've been around a thousand other people that have their cameras out at the same time and they're making junk and they're just like pumped about it, you know, Actually there's Cody right now.
So there's Cody.
Rocking his one wheel. That's what I mean. It's freaking crazy. It's crazy. This is just. But I just want to say to you guys, like, man, it means so much that you're here. I asked this a couple times. If you haven't responded, please respond and let me know what you want to see. Let me know how I can serve you better. Because I've already been making a living as a musician, you know, for the past ten years or so. Things that are common knowledge for me. I forget sometimes that maybe you haven't experienced those yet. We have so many things in our head that we just have to get past. It's like I was talking with Cody about like, you know, we've got to just start making things. Let me know, in the comments below where you're having struggles with your music business, if it's like, mindset, you know, if you need more tutorials, like, I'm gonna do some more of that stuff, but, yeah. So another keynote. So I gotta go.
Little by little, you wear me down.
Sam.
