I gotta say, I find this trend kind of funny and a little bit annoying. There's a lot of musicians out there that are just, like, standing in front of the camera and dancing to their own music. To me, this is like wearing your own merch, but the merch is, like, literally your face. Some people can pull this off. Don't get me wrong. For most of us, it just feels like we're trying too hard. I know that we see other people doing this, so we do it ourselves, thinking it's, like, the thing to do that's gonna get us views. So, you know, I feel where everybody's coming from. But I want you to try this instead. What would happen if you used your music and the lyrics and all these things to tell a story? Make the music and the visuals and the lyrics line up in a way that makes somebody feel? Why is this important? Because I personally think not very many people like to see musicians dancing to their own music. It's fine. I love that you love what you're doing. You should consider what might make your music interesting to a normal person and go the extra mile, make something around that instead.
