Can you have PTSD without knowing it? Well, the answer is 100% yes. You can have PTSD and not be aware of what the symptoms are and still experience the symptoms. And this is what happened to me personally and my partner. We didn't know what PTSD was. Honestly, we thought PTSD was just something that war veterans got. I thought it was a form of insanity, and that was just my conception of PTSD at the time. So I didn't fully understand my symptoms. I didn't even know what PTSD was. I didn't even know how intense the symptoms could be. So if you think that you have PTSD, the best way to understand whether or not you have it is to just educate yourself on the symptoms itself. But the most important thing is that you can heal from this 100%. Doesn't matter how many traumas you've been through, you can heal 100%, and that's what you need to hear.
