Can you self-cure PTSD? Most people will tell you that you need therapists, medication, all of these other things to heal, but nobody ever talks about whether or not you can self-heal on your own. And the answer is 100% yes. I was able to heal 100% on my own. I helped my partner. I've helped a lot of people around the world fully heal by teaching them how to use the tools. And I really think there needs to be a shift in the mental health industry from holding the information in an ivory tower with therapists and really bringing that information down, giving it to trauma survivors and teaching them how to do it on their own. So the answer is 100% yes. I've done it. Thousands of other people have done it. If you want to learn more processing tools that I can't teach in a video short, feel free to subscribe and watch some longer videos.
