The therapist said I couldn't do it. The doctor said you're going to have this forever. I said, I don't think I will. I'm going to keep going until I find a solution. When I was first starting out in my own recovery journey, I had nothing. I had no help. I had no guidance. All the therapists and all the experts I went to said that I had to manage this and cope with my trauma and my PTSD forever. But I didn't believe them. I was like, I'm going to have a chip on my shoulder. And I said, I'm going to do it anyways. So that's the mindset to have when you're facing your own recovery journey. Don't let anybody say No, don't let anybody tell you it's not possible. It is possible. Full recovery is 100% possible. If it's not possible, then how have so many people done it? How was I able to do it? How have all my clients been able to do it? So just think about that. If it's not possible, how do people do it?
