of trauma and have a super busy schedule and have no time for therapy and have no time for independent processing sessions of your own, don't fret, because there is a way that you can get your processing in small chunks throughout your day. So I work with a lot of people who are single moms who might work 2 jobs and only have little segments of, let's say, 15 minutes throughout the day. What I've taught them to do is to take that 15 minutes and do micro-processing sessions in that time that they have. So they're still able to progress and still able to heal over the long term because they're still getting in the processing time each day. So if you don't have a lot of time, if you're super busy, get in those small times of micro-processing that you can just fill in throughout your day. If you want to learn how to do that and the exact techniques to actually process your trauma, join my school community. It's in my bio. Check it out. You can get a free trial.
