I had PTSD. I've already been fired, having a rough marriage. So a lot of things were happening in my life. All my past emotions and fears were all just coming in at me at once. I didn't wanna go anywhere, so I just numbed myself to media, movies, video games. You know, my heart was wanting to be free of this lifestyle. And, you know, the first few weeks I didn't see a whole lot of progress in myself, but then all of a sudden it was just like a rocket going off, you know, upward. And I just saw massive amounts of change in my life. After I completed this program, I was free from PTSD symptoms. I was free from the health issues that I was having, the fibromyalgia, the gut issues, my nerves, just, you know, constant pain, stomach problems. I was able to sleep. That was amazing. Getting good sleep was truly probably the best thing I can say that really happened. I recommend it to everybody that has PTSD. You guys got a chance to recover from PTSD for the rest of your life.
