When you're about to vomit, you feel terrible. But after you throw up, you feel so much better. When you're releasing emotions, it's exactly the same thing. When you are feeling the emotions or right before you're releasing the emotions, it sucks. It's terrible. It's painful. You're crying, you're weeping, snot's coming out of your nose. But when you're done, you feel so much better. You let go and you have a good cry, but then you feel completely amazing afterwards. That's what we're going for. So know that in order to heal, you need to process your emotions. You need to release those emotions. In the beginning, and while you're doing it, it's not going to feel good, but the relief afterwards and the processing and the healing afterwards will feel amazing. So keep going. The faster you feel, the faster you heal. If you want to learn how to do this, feel free to join my school community. It's in my bio. Check it out. You can get a free trial.
