The beliefs that you repeat consciously or unconsciously become your life

In this monologue Brad Schipke explains that the vast majority of our thoughts are driven by unconscious beliefs, and that these beliefs shape our actions and life outcomes. He argues that to gain control over one’s life or recovery, we must first become aware of these hidden belief patterns. Changing them requires a two‑step approach: first, a logical challenge that questions and replaces the negative belief with a positive one; second, an emotional process that releases the lingering negative charge attached to the old belief. By completing both steps, the new belief is reprogrammed on a subconscious level, leading to automatically more positive thoughts, healthier actions, better results, and ultimately a transformed life.
