2 people can experience the same trauma and walk away completely different. One can recover quickly and one of them can develop PTSD. It doesn't mean that one is stronger than the other. It just means that one person's system stayed stuck and hasn't fully processed it yet. So PTSD isn't about character. It's not about a person. It's really just about chemistry, past skills, genetics, support systems, environments, and your past history. It has nothing to do with you as a person. And that's why healing looks different for everybody. It's really a personal thing. It's not a linear thing. But if you want to learn how to fully process on your own terms, then hit subscribe and watch some of my longer videos.
