Pain points you toward what needs healing. The speaker describes a method: find the source, sit with it until it releases, change the belief attached to it, then move to the next wound. They say this loop resolved their own PTSD completely.
One of the most underrated philosophies for processing trauma is using pain as a compass to identify what needs healing, and then repeating the pain and purging and releasing it until it's gone. And then using pain as a compass again to find the next pain, zero in on that, repeat that pain, purge it, release it, change the belief around that pain, then move on to the next one. It's a philosophy that helped me fully heal my PTSD. Following the pain, purging the pain, processing the pain until it's completely gone, and repeating that loop, and then zeroing on the next one and zeroing on the next one works super well.
