In my experience, it takes somebody about 300 hours to fully process and heal from PTSD. If you take a 50-minute session once per week, really what that yields is about 25 hours a year of real processing. Now, if you're going at the 25-hour-per-year rate, you're looking at 4 to 12 years. So it isn't even necessarily that therapy is bad. It's just that the dosage of processing that you get with the traditional method is just so low that your progress is basically going to be nonexistent. So if you really want to heal and you want to heal fast, you have to learn how to self-process your trauma, and then you can put in as many hours as you want. If you put in 1 hour per day, you will heal in under a year. And this is what I teach people to do. If you want to learn more, make sure to subscribe and watch some of my longer videos.
