First thing, pretty simple. You want to make sure your heels are on the ground. Okay. Next up is push ups. Hands shoulder width apart. This is just body weight. Push ups. We're going to do a couple diamonds. These are going to hit the tris more. A little bit wider. You're going to get the chest muscles, the inner chest and outer chest muscles a little bit better. And you got some jumping push ups. Nice one. Well done, Frank. Barhammer raise. Put your toes up. Come up all the way up. Three strands, Burpees. There's a few different ways that we can go about them, so I'll show you all three. So here, just coming down into the top position. Next one's going to be with a full push up and then just standing straight up. The final one is with the jump at the end. These are a little more advanced. This should make you tired within 10 or 15 reps, and that's perfect. Nice. Very simple walking lunges here. Coming all the way down. Anywhere. Good for your quads. Fast go system. Okay, so we got the regular one, just a regular mountain climber. We got the outside mountain climber. You basically get the full range of motion there. And then knee to elbow mountain climbers. The key to these, you want to stay in a firm plank position as much as you possibly can. So you got a really good. Yeah, your abs. Tight, firm plank position. Jump squat. Same as regular squat. Hills down, jump at the end. This is for explosive power. And we'll go finetrics. Okay, we got planks. So plank is a very good exercise for your abs and core. You can do them on your push up position. You can do them on your elbows and forearms. You can also do a one leg raise. If you had a bench or something to put your legs up on, you can do a kind of an inverted one with your feet up to get a little bit more attention. You can do one hand, one leg as well if you're trying to create 4 tension and hold it for a long time. So 30 seconds is pretty good. These are pull ups. You can do them many different styles. Find a bar pretty much anywhere. This is the overhand style right here. This right here is the chin ups. You're going to focus on your biceps quite a bit more. And dips just to hit all those opposing muscles. Triceps, chest. It's great for your abs to stay stable, too. We did some more ab work right there. There's a dude I lived with back in 2008 who has a yes tattoo. It's yes right here. And it's flames. Yes, yes, yes. Classic power move. A little bit right here from flying away from. I'm gonna take.
