A short YouTube clip in which Brad Hart (speaker) recounts using an AI assistant to plan and coordinate a meeting in Tampa. The AI researched venues (found ~30 results), recommended a midway point, provided driving directions, and messaged the other person—streamlining what the speaker contrasts as the "old way" (manual texting/notifications) versus a new, automated workflow for meeting logistics.

I'm in Tampa the other day, and I wanted to meet up with a client, but I didn't want to go and get stuck in my text messages. And I was kind of running around and I'm like, you know, all in natural language, hey, just please do the research and get a plan together for coffee or clean eating or breakfast or brunch or whatever it is. And it went and did the research, found 30 results. And it recommended the halfway point from my location to her location. I don't live in Tampa. I don't know Tampa at all. So I said, okay, great, let's go to Oxford Exchange and Hyde Park. So then it gives me driving directions. Just send her a text, and she goes and meets me there. She's like, hey, what do you want me to order? And by the way, I love this place. I can't believe you picked this place. This is one of my favorite places. And I want you to think in terms of old way versus new way. The old way is I gotta wait for the text. I gotta make sure that I get it. I gotta make sure my phone's open. I gotta make sure I have notifications on. I gotta make sure that I can block and tackle. There's nothing else weird going on in my text. So what this allows me to do is just take all of the guesswork out. Tell me what she said. Make a plan to meet up. Go have it happen. Send her a note, and we're off to the races.
