What's happening, everybody? This is Brad Hart from makemorewobbles.com I am on location here in Boulder. We are doing a little bit of hike. Me and my buddy Jay are up here in the mountains. What's up, Jay? Hey. And today I want to talk to you a little bit about the power of focusing, of getting out there into the world, into nature, seeing what's what and quieting your ego, which is basically akin to a little gremlin that tells you you can't do shit. You should be focused on other shit. You're not doing enough shit, and your life is shit. So we all have this little voice, this little gremlin in our head. And I've been reading a lot of philosophy. I've been kind of going through a lot of the thoughts in my own mind and just kind of weighing each single one and saying to myself, is this useful? Is this kind to myself? Am I being fair to myself? Am I doing enough? Am I making enough of an impact? It's really easy to compare yourself, especially in the age we live in, to people who have more than you, people who are further along in their journey. The only person you should compare yourself to is. Is yourself and the things that you're trying to do. Because at the end of the day, if you're not happy with where you're at, you're never gonna get to where you're going. So quiet. That little fucking gremlin. Bite his tongue out. Stick him in the corner. I love you, gremlin, but you're not helping me out. So this has been Brad Hart. We're gonna make more marbles, and we're gonna finish up our hike here and get to the trailhead from Rocky Mountains High. Brad Hart signing off. Take care. Bye.
