Build Your AI Business Assistant That Actually Works

Brad Hart builds an AI assistant that finds prospects on LinkedIn, enriches their contact info, and hands qualified leads to GoHighLevel CRM for automated outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The system scores leads by priority and confidence, then schedules meetings straight to your calendar.

So as I was teasing you before, I was like, okay, I can talk to my business, I can do logistics, I can stay on one screen. What else can I do? Can I reach out to people who I don't even have in my database, I've never met before? And can I reach out to the right people and send them a message? This is where things get wild. So I had to first think like, okay, where does that actual data live? Lives in LinkedIn. So if I could talk to LinkedIn, it would be great. And LinkedIn's API is like, notoriously really shut down and it's really difficult to work with. So I had to do some meandering on the backend and build a bunch of workflows. But essentially I got it working to where, okay, this is one natural language command where it can go and find me stuff. So it knows my ICP at this point. We've done a bunch of training. It knows to give me a search strategy and, like, I can stop it if it's going off the rails. So I know exactly what it's going to go do and then it's going to go figure it out, right? So it's going to first search the people, it's going to get all the stuff. This first result, I think is important. It sometimes doesn't find something right. And this would be really frustrating if you were actually in a UI and trying to find these leads and doing all the spreadsheet manual stuff. And I'm sure you have a bunch of vas doing this stuff for you right now. So it's really frustrating when you do all this work and you get nothing. So zero results. Let me adjust the search to be broader and see what's available in Scottsdale. Great. This time it nailed it. It got a bunch of beautiful data, which is way too long to share right now. But essentially this is what it came back with in seconds. I want to point out, without ever leaving the app. Excellent. It's working perfectly. I got 25 quality Optimus prospects from Scottsdale with 35,318 entries available. This is where I start jumping up and down, because now I can do this all day long, baby. And leads are never an issue. Again, I don't have to pay anything for these except for what it costs to call the API, which is nothing. You know, it's very, very reasonable. So 95% confidence score. It gives me the top ones, 15 priority targets, high priority optimist targets. My game plan, next steps. Okay, now as a test, let's enrich these people, right? So we don't want to just have their LinkedIn, we want to have their emails or a way to contact them. And we built it since so that you can actually do both. Right. So it's flexible where it's like, if you have emails, you can reach out. If you have LinkedIn, you can reach out. It'll have the same natural language conversation back and forth. That's a separate automation we built that it can talk to as well. And start, kick off the automation and then once they're in ghl, they've booked a call. Hey, do you want to meet up at UNT, Tuesday at 2 o' clock or Wednesday at 3 o'? Clock? All of that ends up as a calendar invite without having to send them a link and be like, hey, good luck. It's like, do you want to meet this or that time? Cool. What's your best email? It goes into GHL and then it talks to all of it, right? So the front end to kick it off, pull the leads, it goes to the automation, hands them off the automation. Cool. The automation works, they go back and forth, pop up, you book the appointment and now it's in GHL and it can talk to that too and say, oh yeah, I remember John, John Smith. Let's just say, remember when you reached out to him? Okay, cool. Now he's actually on your calendar for X date and you can see that from multiple different ways. And it's all like, monkey middle is done. You know, you're less of a human doing and more of a human being. Right. So if you want to reach out to people friendly, send them a nice note, you can do all that. So went through emails, got it all that, found three more, found another three on the next test and finally we went and built the emails for them just like before. I went through a few different more versions on this because I really wanted to be tight, but this is just me talking back and forth with, okay, tweak that, change that, that's not true, blah, blah, blah, blah. But it was like 95% of the way there to start. And then we were able to send as well. And I can send through gohighlevel or I can have my assistant send through my personal Gmail. I opted to go through personal Gmail because I didn't want to figure out all the thinking around having to worry about them being DND and not getting spammed because these aren't people in my database. So I want to be first, do no harm, right? That's the most important thing. Not a big deal. If I just send you an email of the blue and invite you to coffee is a big deal. So I opted to go personal Gmail, which is not a feature that currently exists. So we have to keep thinking about how we're going to put these safeguards in place so that we don't create a hellscape of AI just emailing everybody all the time. But you could do this with texts, you could do this with various messaging platforms, you can do this with. Currently we have it working on Instagram and LinkedIn. There's no reason you can't do it on other platforms, provided the API is in complete lockdown or there's no way to do it. So essentially, we've built Jarvis for small business and this is going to change the world, in my opinion, and change the way that people work. Because the average SMB has 87 software tools that don't talk to each other, and they spend 73% of their time going through all these software tools trying to figure out what's what and getting in rabbit holes and getting stuck and frustrated. And they're spending 50 hours plus a week on their business. Well, if we eliminate 73% of that, that's now 15, 20 hours a week. And then they have all that rest of their time to do. Be human and go back to the gym and spend more time with their family and their kids and go on a vacation. More human being, less human doing. That's the vision for this. So I'm grateful and excited to bring that to you today and thank you for watching this demo.
