Hart advises learning from and working with those who've already succeeded, borrowing their confidence, taking action to obtain personal evidence that it works, and then using that evidence to build and pass on confidence to others.

Confidence and evidence is a big paradox, because if you don't have the evidence that you can have success, it's really difficult to be confident in your abilities. So how do you break this cycle? You look at the evidence of people who've gone before. Work with that person, you hire that person, learn from that person so that you can take action, borrow their confidence, see their evidence, get the evidence yourself of it working for you, and then you'll have the confidence that you can then pass on to others. It doesn't come from you. You have to get in the rooms with the people who are already doing the thing you want to do, learn from them and make it happen.
